Internal Account - Web Tools Order Not Synchronized.

Hi,

I get the below error when I try to Synchronize web tools order to Business One. I use 'manager' internal account to place the order.

'Internal Account - Web Tools Order 5576Not Synchronized.'

Web tools version: WEBTOOLS 6 SP 01 PL04

Business One: SAP B1 2007 A SP01 PL09

Also the failed order is not listed in web tools queue..

Any one experienced this issue, any suggestions will be helpful

    Orders created in WebTools using the Manager account do not synch to Business One.

      Hi Mohan, that is correct. When you think about it, internal users are not Business Partners in SBO, they are salespeople, super users, etc. You cannot create orders for these types of users in SBO directly so that's why orders created for them in e-Commerce cannot synch to SBO.
