Export data with variable value range as filter.

Hi Experts,

I am using the following web API command to export data to excel from my VC application. But as this download complete query data so I need to apply some filter criteria also as selected by the user in my VC application input form. I am able to apply filter for single value but I didn't get a way to pass a range selection filter like year 2008 - 2010 in my web API command. Can anyone pleae suggest some way to do so.
