Our CRM system has customers which are credit card holders, although for a number of different credit cards.The reason that all the credit card customers are in one CRM system is because all credit card customers are supported by one support centre accessing one CRM system. The data itself is owne by the company running the CRM system, who are also offering customer support via the help desk.
My questions are:
Is it easy to allow the credit card companies access and be able to perform their own marketing campains?
Is it wise to have all the data in one system and are we likely to encounter authorisation issues if doing so?.
