SRM Approval Offline - Inbound email does not process

Hi all,

i'm working on SRM 7.02. We want to implement Approval offline process. This process work fine in our development system. Now i wan to implement it into the Quality system, so i did the same configuration... The email is sent correctly, when the user responds i can see the email in SOIN transaction but the process does not work as if the email was not processed.

But the strangest thing is that when i execute the email again in SOIN transaction, it works correctly.

In SO50 transaction the exit name is /SAPSRM/CL_OFFLINEAPP_INBOUND, Document class is '*', Recipient address is correct.

WF-BATCH user have the following role (in addition to the Profile SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW) :

- /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE

- /SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER

sorry for the delay, i was very busy with others topics... 🙂

I'm come back on this topics and i restarted the tests, the results are the same, the incoming email is not processed, the corresponding Workflow does not move 😞

I activated the SAPConnect trace and the result is attached to this message. Tell me if you see something weird.

Hello Eric

the sapconnect trace is a good idea. There you can see of there are technical sender of the email. If yes than you should

set the inbound processing for this address.

Ideally it should have worked looks like some configuration issues only. What do the different traces of SAPConnect shows? Primarily interested in SAPConnect and ICM trace that is where we can find something.
