Hi all,
i'm working on SRM 7.02. We want to implement Approval offline process. This process work fine in our development system. Now i wan to implement it into the Quality system, so i did the same configuration... The email is sent correctly, when the user responds i can see the email in SOIN transaction but the process does not work as if the email was not processed.
But the strangest thing is that when i execute the email again in SOIN transaction, it works correctly.
In SO50 transaction the exit name is /SAPSRM/CL_OFFLINEAPP_INBOUND, Document class is '*', Recipient address is correct.
WF-BATCH user have the following role (in addition to the Profile SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW) :
- /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE
- /SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER
