Show History

Dear All,

One of our clients after upgrading to SBO 2007 SP01 PL07 is missing the Show History functionality. The Show History is always grayed out and not functioning at all.

Any suggestions or ideas will be highly appreciated.

You may run this very simple query first:

SELECT Count(*) 'No. of Records' from ADOC

Dear Vangelis Evangelou,

Kindly check SAP Note 1067288 and run the detect queries given in the note. If they return any results, log a message to SAP Support.

Administration > System Initialization > General Settings > Services > History / Log should be more than 1

It is not showing the Show History for all the documents under Sales A/R.

Hi!

Open a Existing Sales Order and update the Refernce and see the Change Log. Even if that is not showing you the history means, log a Support Message to SAP Portal.
