Hi Friends,
I am a new user of SAP (got my access for the first time 2days ago). I can look up tables in SE16 and jobs in SM37.
I have been asked to select all jobs that contain a certain acronym in the UNIX file name of their variant, however the only way I have found to retrieve this information is to manually look up all of the variants of each job.
Do you know of a program that could help me?
I am able to look up Variants names through the tables VARI or VARID, but I can't find a way to filter based on the UNIX file name of the variant...
Thanks to those who will try to help!
The variant values are stored in a form not readable from SE16. You would need to write a program to perform this particular task in bulk. Otherwise it really is just one by one.
