Project and/or WBS element does not exist SXDA

Hello gurus,

I'm trying to upload Planned Independent Requirements in SAP through tcode SXDA but when I execute SE38 SAP tells me that "Project and/or WBS element does not exist". What does it mean?

It sounds like you submit a account type P or WBS / Project number and SAP checks and does not find a corresponding entry in the database.

have you checked your source? is there a WBS number?

if yes, then you have to load the WBS element prior to your indep requirements
