Confirm button for Orders is missing in VA02 transaction

The CONFIRM button for Orders is missing in VA02 transaction and hence Orders cannot be confirmed. This issue happens only after version upgrade from ECC 6.0 to 7.4. Please advice - to replace the Confirm button. Thank you.

Answer:

Go to the GUI Status under it's own Program in Transaction SE80.

Do the following steps ...

  1. Check Interface
  2. Activate Interface
  3. Test > Execute > Continue (Enter). The buttons (Standard & Custom) will become visible. Click 'Exit Simulation'.

Go to Transaction VA02. All the buttons will now remain visible for the Sale Order.

Resolved.
