Warehouse process type Y320 not allowed for document category PWR

Hi everybody! I´m trying to complete PP-EWM process but in PRM document I have this issue:

Warehouse process type Y320 not allowed for document category PWR

Message no. /SCWM/DELIVERY108

I don´t know why I'm having these problem because I have used the same Wharehouse process types of the Best Practices.

Details of the message:

Diagnosis

You have specified a warehouse process type that is unsuitable for the document category used.

For example, you have entered a warehouse process type that is valid only for stock removal processes for a document category for putaways.

Procedure

Check in Customizing under Define Warehouse Process Type for which processes (for example, putaway or removal from storage) the warehouse process type is valid and whether it is compatible with the document category.

Hi,

Y320 has activity 'REPL' which is not supported. You should have a WPT with activity 'PICK' assigned to PMR item.

Please check the WPT determination for doc type PMR. Standard SAP has WPT P220 defined for PMR. Please check.

P320 works for cross order staging compenents and P220 works for single order staging which needs activity PICK.

I wonder if this is a bug in standard code but for cross-order staging, it allows WPT's having warehouse process category as 3 (internal movement) or 7 (posting change).

Just try changing your warehouse process category to 3 and activity to STCH and retry. It should work for you.

Thanks, Sandra, still getting an error message "Warehouse process type Y220 not allowed for document category PWR" even with WPT Y220 which I believe you were getting with the "Stage Production" app in Fiori. Are you using the App?

No Mike, I´m not usig the App. But have you tried to put the WPT P220 instead of Y220?

HI,

You can't create WT directly from the PMR. You need to run the staging with /SCWM/STAGE and give the process order and the other parameters on the selection screen.

Also, if your staging method is cross order staging then, you need to maintain the material staging details in /SCWM/PSASTAGE.

Please google - EWM Advanced Production Ingegration. There is a PDF guide for all the setup/configurations.

Thanks a lot for your answer, is works with the WPT P220. Now, my PMR document has been created but I don´t know how I can create the WT. The status are:

I can´t see the option to create the WT since this tcode. ¿Do you know how I can create it?

I try by Fiori and here I have the option to create the WT, but it doesn't work. I got a log but I can´t get more details.
