Can not see assigned central autoreaction method.

Hi,

I have created central auto reaction method through RZ21 in SOLMAN and i am trying to assign method to satellite system though RZ21 of SOLMAN. In RZ21 its showing method assigned successfully, but when i check MTE for satellite system through RZ20 i can not see assigne autoreaction method over there. Please tell me what i am missing.

While assigning method through RZ21 it gives three options 1>Immediately after each assignment, 2> Once when exiting the transaction, 3> Only by hourly running job. Which one out these three should we select.

Any of three method should work. I use to select 2nd method.

Check your CCMS Agents are working fine. If CCMS Agents in satellite systems are not able to communicate with Central System, it won't allocate.

Hi Digesh,

I checked RZ21 and it shows agent is online. But still assigned method from RZ21 is not reflecting for MTE from RZ20. Any idea?
