userlevel restriction in zreport

hi gurus,

i had created a zreport for sales.we had morethan 100 plants.problem is the whole data is fetching by everyone from different locations.i am looking to amke a restriction under plant level,so that he/she cant use to fetch data of different plant.

suggest the best way how to make authorisation.
