DMS Object link query

Hi Experts,

Question 1) I am in a support project and will be solving tickets on DMS in near future.

Can anyone please tell me what all errors or problem user can come across while retrieving a document.

Question 2) please let me know thw advantages of attaching a DIR to an Object.

Hi Ritest\h,

1.In supprt major error will be content server down while retriving any document

2. Linking DIR with objects is essential for relationship and also for accessing those document from other modules transactions for standard sap objects
