Populating Error_table at in- HR_BEN_ESS_RFC_PLANS_OF_PLTYPE

Hi,

I need to raise an error message at Portal based on some condition when user clicks on 'ADD PLAN', i found that RFC FM - 'HR_BEN_ESS_RFC_PLANS_OF_PLTYPE' is triggering when user clicks on that button so i enhanced that by populating Error_table, but unfortunately it was giving runtime error when portal was executed.
