Pass Book Printing

Hi ALL,

I have a Olivetti pass book printing which prints Pass Book of deposits made by the customer, I am to print from a Text File .i.e if i print a text file to printer the pass book gets printed, but when i try with the crystal report it is not printing properly

user will be working on VPN- RDB ,that is all user will use Server system as client system, Only thin clients will be given to the user when i cant save the fie locally, so i need to print through crystal report, but from crystal report when i give print it s not printing Why?

also what is the document that we should use to design the Pass book printing.A4 or A3 or ?
