Account assignment

Dear sir,

In service PO allready assigned but i want to change the GL but i cant find in obyc .

The gl is "testing and calibration" these charges come in to gl but i want another gl number

Assign in transaction key FRL (External Activity) in T.code OBYC .

Hi,

To change the GL account in a service PO, go to ME22n, and choose item detail section, under services tab, position the cursor on the desired service line item and at bottom of sevices list, you will find an button called Account Assignment. If you click that button you can change the GL account.

Please check.

Hi,

There are two possibilities with your requirements.

1.Changing GL account of existing PO:

This can be done manually using ME22N transaction.

2.If the PO is materical specific then you can change GL account in OBYC/VBR.
