Migration BO XIR2 to XI 3.1

Hi.

I trying to import data from old system SAP BO XI R2 to a new BO XI 3.1.

Source system: SAP BO XI R2 at Windows Server 2003

Target system: SAP BO XI 3.1 at Red Hat Linux Enterprise 6

I had used the BO 3.1 Import Wizard installed at Windows server (old system) to migrated data from old system to new one. I stopped all servers on source and target, except CMS and FRS. I see that the Import Wizard had imported many objects (universes, folders, users...) but NO REPORTS.

The import wizard logs says this:

Details - Error: The wizard encountered problems when importing object security information. Some information was not imported. Failed to import rights for: Administradores, sucursales.

Details - Error: Committing the export object to the destination CMS failed. Reason: No es posible transferir objetos al servidor: No es posible realizar operación de creación. (It is not possible to transfer objects to the server: Creation operation is not possible)

Where I find documentation for do this?
