Xcelsius - Engage vs. Present

Hi ,

I am trying to do a proof of concept to use Xcelsius with SAP BI 7.0 and Crystal Reports 2008.

1) Any idea on what are the differences between the Xcelsius Engage and Xcelsius Present ?

2) Which one should I download so that I can connect to SAP BI 7.0 and Crystal ?

  • I downloaded free trial version of Xcelisus Present but the menu options on the menu bar " SAP" and " DATA"are all greyed out .

    Hi Hitesh,

    if you want to use a Xcelsius Model inside Crystal Reports or you would like to have live data, I would recommend you to use Xcelsius Engage. If you want to connect to SAP BI directly, I think you need Xcelsius Enterprise. Take a look here for a version comparison:
