Hi,
We would like to have a email configuration alert whenever a job fails. we have around 300 jobs would like to know is there any other alternate option other than setting up raising an event which eventually raise a jc chain to send a email for all the jobs.

Ram
Hi,
You need the Active Monitoring Module for that.
From the docu:
The notification and alerting features of the Mail module require you to
configure every job chain that is to use these features. If you make
extensive use of alerts and/or notifications, Redwood recommends the Active Monitoring module, as you can configure alerts and notifications centrally. Please see the Different Versions section for more information.
With this module you can setup custom job alert sources that send e-mail automatically.
Consult with your contact at Redwood.

Bas
