Hi All,

Where can I configure the fields in Agent Inbox? I want to make changes in the field value after "assigned to". It is showing me "equals" but I want it to be displayed as "is". Please help. Thanks in advance!!

Please check the tag. I think this is more related to CRM Web UI and not the Desktop Conneciton for SAP CRM.
