Hi All,
The ccms auto reaction mail not triggered and status show ACTION_REQUIRED but it was triggered some time back and received the alert mail but now it's not triggering. any one please advice how to shortout the issue.

Can you able to see the mail alerts in SOST,if so then please check your mail send jobs and mail server connection in SCOT

The issue has been resolved when applying latest ccms agent patch
