Partial credit memo

Hello CCO team,

Is it possible to perform a partial credit memo on Kiosk and Hospitality modes (when the receipt already posted)? like in retail mode.

Hello Haim,

Your question is not very clear because of terminology.

In SAP Customer Checkout we allow partial payment. It is called Payment on Credit. This means that a customer bought something for 100 Euro. And he pays nothing now and will pay this Invoice later or he pays 10 Euro now and the rest 90 euro he will pay later.
This functionality called "Payment on Credit" is supported in all user interface modes.

Lets assume you bought something for 100 euro and paid 10 Euro now. Rest 90 euro you will pay later.
If you are using SAP BusinessOne, it is possible to fetch this open invoice in SAP Customer Checkout and pay the Invoice.
This paying on "open" invoice by fetching from SAP BusinessOne is supported only in Retail mode. This is currently not posted in Kiosk(Quick Service) and Hospitality mode(Table Service).

After a receipt is posted. It is possible to also return the whole receipt.This is supported in all User Interface Modes.
Returning partial receipt. Meaning some items only is supported in Retail mode only.
Returning partial receipt is planned for FP07 in Kiosk and Hospitality mode.
