Hi,
There are different status sequences possible for Operational work clearance document.Can you aid me how we can reduce operational cycle by performing any status function in bacground.
In short reduce operational cycle.
Thanks in advance
Hi,
You can also check for Work Clearance doc template T-Code WCT1 this will reduce the input data.
Regarding status change you can check with ABAper is there any user exit or business object can be modified in such a way that Status of tagging & tag print automatically takes during release button.

Hi,
IMG Activity: 'Define Usage for WC Documents'
==================================
Here you can further reduce the operational cycle. For example, you can hide statuses, such as Tag, Untag, or Test tag printed. The processes for this status are then performed completely in the background. For the minimum set-up of the operational cycle, only the statuses of the user that confirm the execution of the activity on site must be set.
Hint: A lot of interesting material (process descriptions, FAQs, ... ) you can find here www.wcm-it.com.

HI ,
have you checked stautus profile setting for this.
In transaction OIBS, there is standard profile for WCD - WCM00003
in this you can define sequence and status.

Hi Sandeep,
I had check the status profile. It is WCM00003-WCM: Work Clearance Document.We can only maintain user status profile in it.I need to remove the button "TAG" & instead initial push button should be "TAG Print'. Have you any idea or known process for reducing operational cycle. If any guide line to do this , Please reply.
