Hi community,
is it possible to include / make the main attributes for the ship-to Party visible in the Overview Tab in Tickets (in C4C)?
Similiar to the section "Customer" where the customer name, contact with email and phone are displayed we would like to show the same section for the "Ship-To" Party. (see screenshot below, the red marked section)
With customizing the UI (Master Layout) I didn't find a way. Is it perphaps possible with other customizing settings?

Have you checked through KUT? There is a tab for adding Parties.
Alternative approach could be to add some fields through PDI. They should be Transient fields as no additional data should be saved on your DB as the Ship-To is already on another DB table. In terms of filling it, the developer should bind it against its corresponding BO association.

Thanks Alejandro. Yes the Ship-To Party is available in the KUT. Somehow, the Customer Name, Contact Name, Contact Phone are working but the Contact Email is not working. It stays empty although that specific contact has an Email address maintained.... I probably raise an incident for this one
