reverse GR.

Hello SAP gurus,

I have finish material activated QM 04 origine so lot is created after GR of production order. Result recording done & also UD done for lot now material is transferd from QM to unristricted by 321 mvment now i want reverse the cycle means I want to cancell the GR but material is shifted to unristricted use now please suggest me the solution for revarsing the GR.

Hi

If You want to do the document specific reversal & you are in descrite scenarion then only way is to use

sap note: 175842 for reversal of stocks after UD.

or

use following way

u can use MBST t_code for this , use 101 material document for cancellation.

or

do 322 mvt( that is reversal of 321) in MB1B and then do 102 in MIGO

Hi,

you can reverse by reference with the document number in txn MF41.

here while reverse the GR system will check whether the stock is available in the stor location or not.
