Deadline monitoring

Dear all,

After doing the deadline monitoring in ip30, in the display log it gives that "Maintenance Plan XXXXXX Scheduled"

but order has not generated.

Is it required to release and save the first item during scheduling.

Hi,

Apart from checking the Immidiate start for all check box, please check if even one work order was created or not, or if the interval for call objects is given correctly or not. Also please check the maintenance plan once to see if the maintenance plan schedulling parameters are maintained correctly or not?

Hi,

Please check

Technical object creation date which are used in the plan

Task list creation date

Start date for plan or

IP10 sceduling dates

Maint plan scedule days / months duration

Call horizon (if used), & Schduling parameters in plan

If the performance based plan then one meadurment doc.

IP30 Deadline monitoring period duration

Hi

Just check if the Master data(Equipment,workcente) and the Task list are valid on the date when the first call is due.

Just a thought in case this is the cause.

I have maintained the check box during IP30 and after run I got the Order Number, but When I try to see the order in IW32 it says order does not exist.

When I go IP10 there it says " New start Save to call".

Did you check the order display from IP10?

Save the schedule ( IP10)

Reopen the plan (IP10)

Check the status - "Save to call" to "called"

Select the line item and click on Display button - Order shoule be opened in display mode

Let us know your observation for further discussion

Make sure to select the "immediate start for all" check box on IP30 selection screen. That would immediately create the call object if due dates are reached.
