Period end & closing a/c should be zero on dt 31.03.2018

Dear SAP Team,

Auto period end & closing financial year from 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2018. as SAP process.

On date 31.03.2018 period end & closing g/l account Balance showing .

On date 01.04.2018 balance showing “zero.”

On date 01.04.2018 retained earning account - credited.

One of our customer wants to auto period end & closing should be zero balance on 31.03.2018. in g/l account period end & closing account.

Please suggest the work round (not manual)
