I have a requirement where I should allow absences to be allowed on a Saturday or a Sunday and also should pay overtime. How do I handle this?

Can you Elobarate

Sat and Sunday means include the weekdays for your absence in Counting Rule in T556C or else or else does the requirment is different

counting rule is fine. I will do that.

But if someone records an attendance on a sat or sun, then a WT should be generated in ZL table and the employees should be paid overtime?

Do we need to write a PCR for this?

Hi,

My understanding is you need a Calculation for OT even if the employee works on week end.

If that is the issue than tell me know

On what basis you OT should be calculated ( % of which salary components or 150% of Salary of the day or 200%)

For the same we have to write the PCR (It's in SDN Forums please check)

First, in T556C you configure a counting rule (that has to be assigned to the absence) and inside the counting rule, you assign the condition as, weekdays to be reduced (as sat and sun), days of holiday class (types), days type, etc.

Second, in V_T510S you can configuire the overtime to be taken only on sat and sun.
