ROS Questionnaire

Hi,

Hope you gurus can help me.

We are working on SRM 7 and business scenario is ROS - Registration of Supplier. There are couple of business requirement mentioned below.

I would like to know whether it is possible or not?

1. Is it possible to create ROS Questionnaire such that supplier can attach documents and send across?

2. Business should be able to view and analyse Questionnaire feedback send by supplier in SAP (I guess this is possible), further reply back if itu2019s not complete or needs additional information. Suppliers can response accordingly and again business should be able to view and analyse. All the communication/data should be stored in SRM for analysis.

Can anyone advice whether it is possible or not?

Nikhil,

There is no provision like cfolders, however we recommended Supplier can send the documents to the purchaser who can later upload the same to the BP in supplier screening screen.
