I think the online documentation CREATE TRIGGER statement is quite clear. You can call procedures, but only those ones which contain SQL statements suitable for triggers.

Regarding your question about a signature -> in case you have a procedure you wanna call, you should know the signature.

If you have a specific problem with your coding then please post it with the error you have.
