ERMS config set up

Hi All,

I have a requirement regarding the automatic creation of business partner activity in CRM Interaction Centre web client. I came to know that for this we can approach with ERMS (Email Response Management System). But i don't have the detailed information about the configuration of ERMS and the steps required to achieve my requirement. Hope can some body help me out regarding this.

    Hello Lakshmana.P,

    Yes, this can be done with ERMS using the Rule Modeler. From the IC Manager role you can access the Rule Modeler from the menu option Process Modeling -> Create Rule Policies. You can follow the standard online documentation for working with the Rule Modeler and ERMS. There is a default out of the box action that you can choose to Create Interaction Record.
