Reverse Calculation

Hi,

Can any one know about rverser calculation in SD Pricing. I am working on implementation project of process industry and it is very common scanrio in their pricing.

Customer will raise a PO for Rs 1058 which is inclusive of Discount,exice, VAT/CST.So system should do reverse calculation and will give me value for vat/cst,excise ,discount and base price.

how to configure that.

Customer Po Price Rs 1058

So system should calculate BAse price,Discount,Excise and Vat/CST

Means Base Price 1000 -

Excise BED - 75.2 -

Client want they will put Rs 1058 and system should do reverse calculation and calculate all above value automaticaly.

Hi,

You will have to set Calculation Type for this Condition Type in V/06 as H (percentage Included), to get the below result.

1. Customer enters into the single Sales Line Item = $10

2. System calculates Special Tax (ZTX1) : 10% = $10 / (100% + 10%) * 10% = $0.9

3. System calculates Price (PR00) : $10 - $0.9 = $9.1

In case of tax value to be calcuated based upon gross value.

$10 = $9.1 + $0.9.

This is pricing case of Percentage inclusive.

So to calculate the ZTX1 as 10% = 0.9,
