Hi Gurus,
Can any one tell me is there a way to open a closed work order. The system status of the work order currently is CLSD and I have to make some changes to the work order, is that possible?
Regards
Anoop
hi
Yes you can revoke the closed status of work order by using the menu options Order>funtions>Cancel business completion.
But if the order is closed using the do not excute before order releasing,it is not possible to do so

Hi Anoop/Jay,
May be its too late but still thought of sharing if anyone face the same issue.
I think you have set your order to "DO NOT EXECUTE" before release of an order which sets order status to CLSD.
In this case you cannot change status of an order but still can change malf. Start date and time.
You can only make changes to CLSD status by revoking business and technical completion if status CLSD is set post REL.
Thanks
Rohan

Hi Rohan,
I am facing the same issue. Tell me how do I got to know whether the user set the order to"DO NOT EXECUTE" before release of an order.
See now the Order status is CLSD MACM NCMP PRC.
Now how do I reopen the closed order since all buttons shown in grey mode as shown below.
I am adding the document flow as well.

Hi Manish,
User statuses are in display mode and both LKD and DLFL are not active, I already checked all these things.
Thanks anyways for the reply

Hi Thayagrajan,
Actually I am aware of the normal way of revoking the work order, by cancelling the business and then technical completion but in this case I am not getting any of those so had to raise the question. Can you please suggest any other way?

Anoop
