configuration of output

Hi,

in transaction code VA23 when ever i click 'Issue Output to" it gives error message 'NO OUTPUT HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR PRINTING'. Please suggest me how to configure output for it.

Hi,

For this there is output type present in your quotation.

Goto the T.Code "VA23".

Enter your quotation number.

Click on Extras>Output>Header-->Edit.

Check whether any output is present or not.If is present and the status is in yellow color,then click on "Further data".

Change the Dispatch time to "4".

Save.

If the status is in red color,then select that entry and click on processing log.Here you will come to know why the output is failed.

If no output is present then maintain manually.

If you want that the output should come automatically as and when you create the quotation,then maintain the condition records by using the T.Code "VV11".

In this maintain the Date/Time as "4".Medium as "1(Printing).

Click on "Communication".

Maintain the "Logical destination" and tick the check boxes "Print immediately" and "Release afetr output".
