Start of NetWeaver-Administrator: "nwa" alias doesnt work ?

Hi Gurus,

we use EnterprisePortal 7.0 SPS 20 JavaOnly on Windows 2003.

DEV-System:

when I try to start the Netweaver Administrator the nwa welcome-Screen opens OK, no matter if i start it

with Alias: http://localhost/nwa

or with URL: http://localhost/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc_lmwebadmin_mainframewd/WebAdminApp

but on our QAS- and PRD System:

when I try to start the Netweaver Administrator with Alias "nwa" I get the following error-message:

503 Service Unavailable

SAP J2EE Engine/7.00

Application stopped.

Details: You have requested an application that is currently stopped

But If i tryto start it with URL it works fine....

Alias "nwa" is defined and active in VisualAdmin Cluster - Server -Services - HTTP Provider- VirtualHost - ApplicationAliases

and Application "sap.com/tc_lmwebadmin_mainframewd" is actice in Cluster - Server -Services - Deploy- Applications

This is the same state on DEV, WAS and PRD system...

Can anybody help ?
