When we update IT 0581 and 0583, this calls IT 0008 through Dynamic Action

When we update IT 0581 and 0583, this calls IT 0008 through Dynamic Action and get updated the values in this IT also including nomineclarure. This is happening when we have change authorization to these IT 0581, 0583 and 0008. When we have change authorization to IT 0581 and 0583 and read authorization for IT0008, the details are updated in IT 0581 and 0583 only but not in IT0008. Because our client wants to give change authorisation to IT581 and 0583 to one user and 0008 to other user but not to only to one user. Please suggest any body having the clue for these restrictions.... through Dynamic action or User exit or Badi etc etc..., which will be very much helpful to meet the client's requirement.

Instead of splitting the Infotypes to different users you can give the entire authorisation to one user Right

in case of hireing all the infotypes will come from one infogroup from that action so at that time two users cannot handle the Infogroups please have a look into it

Hi Peers,

The following are the queries or issues we are facing every year in January mont's payroll run for the employees with +ve Time and couple of Restricted or Optional Holidays.

1. In the month of January every year with Retro for the past period when they run the current month's (January) payroll run for the employee with Positive Time Management, At the same time...

2. These employees having the Restriction (Optional) Holidays and the Retro is happening with the deduction of amount for these Holidays, which were taken in the previous years and reflecting in the Current (January) month's payroll.

I'll be very gratful if any provide the solution and with that we will close this issue forever.

Thanks for your reply.....Currently, the same is happening, all the rights with one user only. Client wants this because, HR User to handle the IT 0581 and 0582 & Payroll User to handle IT 0008. This is their requirement and after rigorous testing from different options of Authoristion, we are unable to met the Client's requirement. So, my request is by any other means of options like User Exit or BADi or Dymanic Actions etc. etc.

Hi,

Once you enter IT 0581and 0583 has to be updated in the IT-0008 because the Tax calcualtion will effect if you make any change to this dynamic acton through any options like User Exit or BADi or Dynamic Actions etc..

Please follow the same what is happening at the present, all the rights to be given to single user only.
