When we update IT 0581 and 0583, this calls IT 0008 through Dynamic Action

When we update IT 0581 and 0583, this calls IT 0008 through Dynamic Action and get updated the values in this IT also including nomineclarure. This is happening when we have change authorization to these IT 0581, 0583 and 0008. When we have change authorization to IT 0581 and 0583 and read authorization for IT0008, the details are updated in IT 0581 and 0583 only but not in IT0008. Because our client wants to give change authorisation to IT581 and 0583 to one user and 0008 to other user but not to only to one user. Please suggest any body having the clue for these restrictions.... through Dynamic action or User exit or Badi etc etc..., which will be very much helpful to meet the client's requirement.
