DTP First Package too slow

I have a DTP which loads data from DSO to InfoCube. Total Records = 250,000 & Package Size = 25,000

Note - I tried various things by changing package size to 50,000 and 100,000.

8 out of 10 times I do not see any issues, but sometimes what happens is --> when the DTP transfers data from the DSO to the InfoCube, the first package runs for a long time (30 minutes) and the remaining packages take less than a minute to process the data. I was curious if anyone else encountered this issue with DTP's?

The problem is it happens only once in a while and only on the first package.

Issue - The performance of the DTP on the first package is too slow, but it works 😊
