Inctive Pricing condition amount still used in % based tax calculation

The pricing procedure allows for a formula price or a fixed price. When both conditions are visible in the sales order yet one is inactive the % based taxes are using the sum of both values as its base.

I'm telling the tax condition to just use line # 50 which is the gross.

I don't want to have to code a special alternate base value routine for the tax conditions and SAP should be handling this correctly.

Is anyone aware of a fix.

I figured this out.

Turns out to be standard SAP with Tax % based conditions
