Problem with File Adapter - it doesn't download the file and not create mes

Hi there!

I have an interface FTP -> XI -> RFC-

I have set up the sender channel using the file adapter to download a txt file.

The adapter contacts the ftp server but it sends the command LIST intead the command RETR, so the file is not downloaded.

In the CCM the adapter works properly but no message id is created.

What is your search pattern in the channel?

The search pattern in the communication channel is:

Source Directory: "/"

File name: "mefisto.txt"

I have configurated the ftp server so the directory "C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/Desktop/Lavoro/TechEdge/Prova_XI/" , virtual name "/" , is the home directory for the user used for communication.

The user has all the possible authorization to read and write.

Hi,

Use some free ftp tools or ftp at command prompt and check whether the user logging in is able to view the file ...

if needed some free ftp tools use FileZIlla Ftp tool...

I was using WING FTP SERVER but probably i setu it wrongly

With FileZilla FTP SERVER interface works perfectly!
