Hi,

Please check the Account assignment Category in your PR. If there is F (order) or 1 (third party), you could not change the quantity.

Hi

How that PR is created. You cannot edit all the PRs in Me52n for example a third party PR generated from sales order cannot be edited for quantity in Me52n. You need to change in sales order. Please let me know full process to answer you better.

Dear Venkatesh

If you have created the PR with ME51N you can change the quantity in ME52N.

aftergoing to ME52N click on other document, enter our document number and click on change. it will allow to change.

anything special to your PR? is there a release strategy? is it already converted to a PO?

is this unchangable quantity field only specific with this requisition or for any requisition?

was it changable last week? was it ever changable in your system im ME52N?

was the requistion created with ME51N or from any other process, such as plant maintenance or sales order?

if from an other process, then you have to change it in the other process and not directly in ME52N
