How to trigger a custom IFLOW in SAP HCI

Dear Expert,

in our current integration scenario, we configured Business Partner Replication from Cloud for Customer to SAP ERP.

Now we would like to integrate Cloud for Customer with another external system. The idea is the following: the external system will expose a WebService, and we will call this webservice every time a Business Partner is created or updated in C4C. Ideally, the integration process would be defined by a custom I-flow designed in HCI.

My question is the following:

- Is it possible to configure a custom i-flow to start at the "same" event that triggers the standard BP replication to ERP flow ? Or do we have to insert the new integration process in the standard flow ?

- Is it possibile to trigger a custom flow from S.D.K ? The idea would be to trigger the flow at the onSave event of the BusinessPartner object.

Which solution would you recommend ?

Thank you !

Dear Roberto

You can use communication scenario Business Partner Replication from Cloud for Customer to SAP Business Suite if you want to integrate C4C with any 3rd party system.

You can either use the standard Iflow present in CRM or S4 integration or you can build a custom Iflow in order to send the Business Partners to target system.

If you like to create a customized solution in C4C, you can trigger the service on onSave event of Business Object

Thanks and Regards
