Need to know the BADI or exit that gets triggered after GR and inspection lot creation of post goods receipt button in VL32N

Why don't you just put a breakpoint in the class

CL_EXITHANDLER (MEthod get_instance) and have a look which is the correct one for you...

With your details it's not clear to me, if you just want to have one after saving or something between.

Badi LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC has a lot of methods available...
