Open Content Connector – “CPIC-CALL:’CMRCV’ no data received

Dear Expert,

We hope one of you guys could help us.

We are blocked with the following error, with:

When we tray to connect from the EHS Open Content Connector locally, we get the message: CPIC-CALL:'CMRCV'.

Before we filling in the requiered fields, the message appears:

The last help message we have recibe is that the OCC needs be started on our local front end, and that to do this we need file C:\Programme\EHS\Expert\OCC Samples\Header\HeaderAnnexI.xml on our local machine.

When we did the installation, the folder "OCC Samples\..." was not installed.

When we try to test the conection from SM59, the conexion and the local program start, but it remains frozen. We understand that the problem from the RFC is achieved but that the problem is the conection from the local program.

Our doubt is:

Do we have to create this folder? And if it is, Could anyone help us with wich are the steps to created? Or, What do you think we have to do?

Best regards.

Hello

please check the many parallel threads for OCC discussions (we have a"blog" of OCC discussions here)

The file "C:\Programme\EHS\Expert\OCC Samples\Header\HeaderAnnexI.xml" is used by SAP as an "example" of an "XML" like data file to be uploaded to SAP EHS and should never be used in reality; the folder structure is only an "example" (and should be changed by you)

Conclusion: honestly i have the feeling that you have no clue" what OCC is to be used for" => please check therefore IMG and the blog as mentioned above
