PP Process chain Running Slow

We have process chain that runs every day, Process chain on PP, but since a couple of weeks its taking longer hours like 10- 15 Hrs Kindly suggest me what needs to be take care

It may be due to many different reasons. Does it happen on the BW side on the ECC side?

If it is on the BW side, does it happen at a specific step (DTP, activation...) or in all steps?
