We can't perform it manually. We have a huge count of messages flowing.

Please let me know if any options are available.

Go to SXMB_MONI give the required time interval and then Filer on type/Qos to Best Effort then delete those messsages.

In this link there is nothing in specific to sync messages. All the messages in moni are getting deleted irrespective to Sync /Async.

If you wish to persist the Sync message only for one hour,you can change the retention period of sync messages as per below link in SXMB_ADM transaction.First try in Dev box then do it quality/production boxes.
