SAP GRC Queries not assigned to an Application ID

Hi Friends,

I am a ABAP Developer, I am working on SAP GRC POWL Inbox customizing by adding a field to the Layout from POWL_QUERY transaction.

I am able to see the customization from Layout Variant button

But, when I try to see the changes from NWBC

I have been struggling to determine the application ID and how to assign this to role and etc.

I searched so much but none of them have appropriate explanation.

Please guide me from here.
