Recruitment problem

Hi Gurus,

We just upgraded from 4.6c to ECC6.

When we start to create an applicant, it seems that applicant number (internal number) is not recognized or does not generate, and always giving me an error "Fill in all required entry fields" even if i force an employee number in it, it still give me the same error, but if i modify an existing data, it works fine.

Anyone experience the same problem? Maybe there are steps that i missed?

Hi,

I think we solve the problem. Just an update

In the screen of infotype 4000, field applicant range was turn to invisible in screen painter and not in screen modification and it ecc6 it was default to required field unlike in 4.6c

We just set the field to visible and i'm now looking on how to default a value on this field since client doesn't need this field and want to be hide.
