Total Sales Quote value gets zero when Quote is lost

We have a field Total : ( Net Amount ) which gets zero when the quote is lost.

Is there an way to stop - render this standard functionality? I checked repository explorer in c4c and field has write access : No.

We feel this is very strange thing which SAP has considered as feature, has any 1 faced this kind of issue?

Regards,

Dhruvin

Dear Dhruvin,

We are also wondering that the value gets to Zero when the quote is lost. It's not possible to analysise the volume of lost quotes we didn't reach.

Did you get a feedback from SAP regarding this issue? Thanks a lot in advance.

Hello Dhruvin,

Commenting the standards here: if a Sales Quote it is set to lost, the value is set to 0 as there is no longer any value to be expected there. As nothing will be sold, no total amount can be expected, ok?

Create an incident asking for a PSM release if you are not finding the means to proceed via PDI inside the Cloud Application Studio. Keep in mind that answering the questions described here help us in our dialog with our developers.
