ESS Personal Data Error

Hi Gurus,

When I try to save employee personal data in ESS, I'm getting an error saying "Data record 000000070002 9999123119670619000 has grouping value "" instead of "10". Please advice.

Hi Francis, it's a common issue, in general is solved by running the RPUFIXDS report.

If that not solve your issue, check the notes:

Please, take in count, you should set the CCURE PC_UI indicator only if you're using Global/Concurrent Employees. If you aren't, just omit this step.

You have to activate the switch CCURE PC_UI so that this inconsistency doesnt occur in the future.

Please do so.
