SAP SRM : with create user transaction(BBPAT03 ) How to add a approver for create user request how can i set that ?

Hi,

1, no need to click alert moderator each time when you send a reply. It will block your question.

2, for the issue itself, this t-code should not be used to create users. You may has a look at our TSG to view the user and org structure in SRM

3, for manager icon, it could be assigned via ppoma_bbp as below:

4, for approver, it should also have manager role assigned in SU01. and other attributes regarding workflow should also be assigned.

my SAP SRM system details are : Component :SRM_SERVER Release 713 and SP-Level 0007

i can access this t.code .could u please provide the step, how i can assign the approver while user creation with above transaction.

Hi,

this transaction is a very old transaction. May I first ask the SRM_SERVER release in your system?

For SRM6.0 and above, we would not use this t-code any more.
